The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were standard-sized and comfortable; however, on the first day, the air conditioning was not working properly, which was quite inconvenient. The service was excellent overall, although there was a minor issue with inexperienced staff in the bar. The location was fantastic, with a lovely vibe in the town of Celebration, overlooking the lake, and within walking distance of restaurants. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag with good options like made-to-order omelets and crepes but was a tad expensive and slow. The facilities were satisfactory, offering a nice lake view and a convenient setting for various activities.

The hotel has a nice vibe and is very safe with lots of great places to eat and shop. The rooms have a balcony but were a bit disappointing, as they were so humid that even the pen on the desk couldn't write on the damp paper. The air-conditioning was not working well initially. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile for us. The location is awesome due to the proximity to outdoor dining spots. The dining experience was fine overall, with some tasty options but not on par with other places. The hotel offers facilities like room service and laundry but lacks some attention to room cleanliness.
